As the largest private healthcare service and market leader in the region North-Transdanubia we provide basic occupational and healthcare service to more than 22.000 employees.

On top of the legally binding screening examinations stated by the Law and by the occupational and healthcare regulations we carry out public screening by age groups for free of charge.

The above-mentioned screening is carried out, because employees in these days of unemployment wouldn't make use of medical help, but jeopardise real or presumed consequences of the absence from work.

As a private healthcare service we realized the necessity of structure modification and developed a complete care system suitable for professional and market demands.

In this healthcare system we developed the unity of:

  • healthcare education,
  • healthcare

    with an institutional background providing prompt diagnostics and definitive care.

We have realized that we also provide service in a special field, in the field of healthcare, and market rules referring us as well. As a provider company we are able to satisfy real demands and our judgement depends on our clients' contentment.

The employer's interest is that his employees work in good health with high efficiency during working hours, and lessen loss of work-time due to illness.

The employee's interest is to be able to receive medical care for his health problems without jeopardising his workplace.

The healthcare service's interest is to satisfy its partners and their employees, in order to use its services in the future as well.

We should make them understand that health is value, and its preservation, improvement and recuperation is public interest, not the interest of the patient, the employee or the healthcare service only.

We should make them see that link, which tightly connects players of the market. This link is the common interest. Our profit-oriented partners are aware that time is money and time away from work means lost money. Following the organised screenings we preferentially provide further examinations and treatments in 24 professional fields within our Healthcare Centre (on the basis of a contract signed with the employer, for the employees free of charge).

For the top management we provide a complex condition analysis, " manager screening", which contains a physical internal and cardiological examination, 12-outlet relaxing ECG examination, peripheral blood vessel examination, respiratory examination, load ECG examination, abdominal ultrasound examination and laboratory examinations for the early screening of cardiac disorders. If it is needed we carry out a 24-hour blood pressure monitoring and ECG examinations.

With the assistance of doctors and ambulance officers we teach the basics of self and mutual application of first aid on AMBU phantoms. We train first aid personnel to the use of automatic defibrillator safely used by non-professionals as well.

In our business policy increase of the service quality is the determinant instead of the price conditions. We became market leaders owing to this unique price/value rate. For the quota determined for the basic occupational and healthcare service, which follows the inflation rate, we provide outpatient professional care service.

 

Occupational healthcare service

We provide occupational and healthcare service for the employees of Gy?r, with regional care service responsibility.

With Győr-Moson-Sopron County authority: we provide work psychological examination for employees using firearms within their profession.

We carry out judgement of the second degree of work suitability examinations,

which can be preliminary, periodical, with prompt settlement or final examination.
(If the judgment of the first degree was carried out by Kardirex also, PAMOK occupational and healthcare provider is entitled to judge workability on the second degree.)

We carry out professional suitability examinations within the framework of:

  • Employment agency
  • Training
  • Employment for public use
  • And workability verification.

The Employment Centre initialises, when during the arrangement for employment it became uncertain if the unemployed is able to work in its previous occupation due to its health reasons, or the unemployed doesn't accept work in the offered profession referring to its health conditions. The doctor should decide if the patient is able to work in its original occupation without damaging its health. During the medical judgement of workability work factors of the given field should be considered, further it should give an expert opinion about professional workability.

Professional workability examination within the framework of training

Professional suitability examination of the adult population comes within the competence of the occupational and healthcare service, apart from the fact that giving an opinion is initialised by the Employment Centre or the place of training.

Professional suitability examination for the purpose of work for public use

The Employment Centre requires the examination within the framework of a "preliminary screening", that is to select the suitable for the given duty from a given group of people (otherwise it is the duty of the basic occupational and healthcare service to carry out the work suitability examination).

Preparation of a workability professional opinion

Doctor of the occupational and healthcare service determines work limits based on the examination of the unemployed with changed workability and on the basis of studying its medical reports regarding its health conditions. The determining factor is not what was lost, but what is remained: not the organ damages are important but the capability after the damages.

It gives an opinion whether the examined person's workability and workplace upholding chances have lessened significantly due to his health damages? If he can be employed?


Kardirex Work Psychological Laboratory

The Work Psychological Laboratory is operated since 1998 with the following activities:

  • Psychological suitability examinations
    • Work suitability examinations
    • Suitability examinations for holding a firearm
  • Trainings
  • Supervision

We have continuously carried out work psychological suitability examinations since 1998. We go far to take into consideration the requests of client companies and compile the given suitability examination test and the used instrumental examination.

We carry out selection of leading personnel, or know-how arrangements on request resp.

Our Work Psychological Laboratory being charged by OKK-OMSZI since july 2004 is the only institution in Gy?r-Moson-Sopron County carrying out workability first degree examinations of people using firearms professionally (professional suitability examinations).

Besides traditional work psychological activities we arrange individual instruction topics - trainings - if requested and carry them out with well qualified trainers.Here is a list which is not intended to be complete:

Communication training, conflict resolving training, time management training, training for leading personnel, motivation training, networking training, and so on. During the arrangement of topics according to the actual problems and development plans of the institution, it is possible to work out several topics within one training.

During the past decade supervisioin within the field of institutional development became nearly as important as in the social sphere.

"During supervision it is the professional personality of the expert which is emphasized, it works within the "now and here" of the personality, but is looking ahead. Work is focussing first of all on problems related to professional activities, treating professional relationship disorders, understanding of having got stuck. Occupational and Healthcare Centre

Kardirex Occupational and Healthcare Centre undertakes to carry out surveys regarding risks and dangers threatening employees' health and safety, to execute work safety and work health risk evaluations and to give advice on instructions reducing risk factors with occupational healthcare and work safety experts, in accordance with the Act XCIII of 1993 on work safety and Act XXV of 2000 on chemical safety, and referring to the valid regulations issued for the execution of the above-mentioned Acts.

Within the Kardirex Group Endorex Kft. carries our risk evaluation duties.

Kardirex with its occupational and healthcare specialists and work hygiene and work safety experts undertakes the execution of the work safety and work healthcare duties stated by law, full workplace risk estimation and risk valuation further adequate documentation and recording of valid rules and regulations and authority requirements.

According to the Act XCIII of 1993 on work safety and Act XXV of 2000 on chemical safety, and referring to the valid regulations issued for the execution of the above-mentioned Acts, (26/2000.(IX:30.) EÜM decree on protection from occupation related carcinogenic material and prevention from its health damaging effect, 25/2000.(IX:30.) EÜM-SzCsM decree on chemical safety on work places, 61/1999.(XII.1.) EÜM decree on health protection for employees subject to biological factors, 44/2000.(XII.27.) EÜM decree on detailed regulations on processes and activities with hazardous material and products, 65/1999.(XII.22.) EÜM decree on minimal safety and health protection requirements on the use of protective clothing on workplaces the employer is obliged to evaluate the risk jeopardizing employees' health and safety, considering the applied work tools, hazardous material and products, loads and work place developments.
