We provide occupational and healthcare service for the employees of Gy?r, with regional care service responsibility.
With Győr-Moson-Sopron County authority: we provide work psychological examination for employees using firearms within their profession.
We carry out judgement of the second degree of work suitability examinations,
which can be preliminary, periodical, with prompt settlement or final examination.
(If the judgment of the first degree was carried out by Kardirex also, PAMOK occupational and healthcare provider is entitled to judge workability on the second degree.)
We carry out professional suitability examinations within the framework of:
- Employment agency
- Training
- Employment for public use
- And workability verification.

The Employment Centre initialises, when during the arrangement for employment it became uncertain if the unemployed is able to work in its previous occupation due to its health reasons, or the unemployed doesn't accept work in the offered profession referring to its health conditions. The doctor should decide if the patient is able to work in its original occupation without damaging its health. During the medical judgement of workability work factors of the given field should be considered, further it should give an expert opinion about professional workability.
Professional workability examination within the framework of training
Professional suitability examination of the adult population comes within the competence of the occupational and healthcare service, apart from the fact that giving an opinion is initialised by the Employment Centre or the place of training.
Professional suitability examination for the purpose of work for public use
The Employment Centre requires the examination within the framework of a "preliminary screening", that is to select the suitable for the given duty from a given group of people (otherwise it is the duty of the basic occupational and healthcare service to carry out the work suitability examination).
Preparation of a workability professional opinion
Doctor of the occupational and healthcare service determines work limits based on the examination of the unemployed with changed workability and on the basis of studying its medical reports regarding its health conditions. The determining factor is not what was lost, but what is remained: not the organ damages are important but the capability after the damages.

It gives an opinion whether the examined person's workability and workplace upholding chances have lessened significantly due to his health damages? If he can be employed?

The Work Psychological Laboratory is operated since 1998 with the following activities:

We have continuously carried out work psychological suitability examinations since 1998. We go far to take into consideration the requests of client companies and compile the given suitability examination test and the used instrumental examination.
We carry out selection of leading personnel, or know-how arrangements on request resp.
Our Work Psychological Laboratory being charged by OKK-OMSZI since july 2004 is the only institution in Gy?r-Moson-Sopron County carrying out workability first degree examinations of people using firearms professionally (professional suitability examinations).
Besides traditional work psychological activities we arrange individual instruction topics - trainings - if requested and carry them out with well qualified trainers.Here is a list which is not intended to be complete:
Communication training, conflict resolving training, time management training, training for leading personnel, motivation training, networking training, and so on. During the arrangement of topics according to the actual problems and development plans of the institution, it is possible to work out several topics within one training.
During the past decade supervisioin within the field of institutional development became nearly as important as in the social sphere.

Work is focussing first of all on problems related to professional activities, treating professional relationship disorders, understanding of having got stuck.
